Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Here's exactly what to expect.
Two ways to get it.
The everyday option. Fully tracked, delivered Monday to Friday.
Order by 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Orders after the cut-off ship the next working day.
Next Day Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed Friday after 4:00 PM are dispatched the following Monday.
How it works.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Deliveries are typically made between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- All deliveries require a signature, unless the package is small enough to fit through your letterbox.
- Orders shipped to an address different from the billing address may be subject to additional security checks, which can delay dispatch.
- For multi-item orders, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability — we'll always keep you posted.
Who carries your order.
We work with trusted couriers across the UK and internationally to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
On us, on UK mainland.
We offer free delivery on UK mainland orders. A few small print points worth knowing:
- Some products, promotions, or special offers may be excluded from free delivery — this will be clearly marked at checkout.
- Additional charges may apply to certain postcodes, remote areas, or heavy and bulky items.
- Free delivery uses our UK Saver service (3–5 working days). Next Day Delivery is always charged at £6.99.
